Finally

Okay so I said I would blog yesterday but I didn’t, but nobody noticed, so I am off the hook!

I’ll start with my first driving lesson, which was last week! It went okay, okay for a first lesson I guess. I went up onto the pavement which is a no go, I drove on the wrong side of the road and I let go of the wheel! Ha, it is pretty funny when you think about it, but not if someone got killed. That is a bit extreme, but you know.

Yesterday was my second driving lesson, and it went a lot a lot a lot better. I remembered everything I learnt from the week before, I remembered how to pull out from the side of the road, check mirrors, and I knew myself when to change gears, and I did a left turn, all in one go! Well one go around. He said I did that about 90% myself, which amazed me because the week before I didn’t do much.
I think I am getting a better hang on turning too! You have to use the ‘push and pull’ method which I seem to find hard to understand, but yeah I am getting better.
Next week I am going out into the proper world haha, not just staying in one area. I am really scared because it means there will be a lot more cars. I hate other cars so much. And the way people walking look at you in the car. It isn’t nice, I won’t be doing it again to a learner driver. Ever.
It is a lot of fun though! It is hard, there is no denying it but everything in life is hard when you start out!

So yeah, I got Britney Spear’s new album the other day and I must say, some of the songs on there are so amazing. Not only can you tell clearly what she is trying to say through her music, but many others can relate to it.
People are saying she was rubbish on X Factor. I don’t think so! Her song was upbeat and she had a hard dance routine, so it was obvious that she wasn’t going to sing. Compared to her performance last year, it was amazing. And considering she is still getting herself back together, I don’t think she needs the haters right now. It seems to me that some people just want her to be a mess, which is wrong and horrible.
I have also fallen in love with Paramore. Yes, about 10 years after everyone else. It was like that with Mika. I used to hate his voice, then after months of other people liking him, and started to find new artists, I liked him. Paramore have some pretty awesome songs. And no, not Decode just for the record.

I have work tomorrow instead of tonight. If I think Mens wear is boring, god help me on Home on my own. I am dreading it, I really am. Why can’t I say no to people when they ask me to do things? Seriously! Too nice sometimes.

I have rewritten bits of one of my articles, and I have been trying to write new stuff tonight. It takes me weeks though because I write it, finish it another day, and then re-read it about 10 times, and I edit it about 10 times before I am ready to upload. So that is why everything takes so long! I will try and return some comments tomorrow, but I have to go now because over the past few nights I haven’t been able to sleep till early hours in the morning, so I am really tired. 23:30 for me is early aha :D.

Hey! Kirsty from road-trip.info here! With a new domain, meaning yes I am trying to sell road-trip.info somehow! If that doesn’t work out by the new year, it’s going to an affiliate that would like one :).

New domain? Mhm, too much shit going on with the old one to be honest. Karma will get you back, and like you, ‘all they have to do is ask’. That will make sense to one person, and one person alone ;).

Firstly I would like to say a big thanks to Zach, he deserves a ton of hits and comments and lots of thanks :). As does Nicole from paradehosting, thank you for sorting the new domain etc out with getting it up quickly. Thank you Zach for buying it, and although I only spoke to you for around 3 hours, what you did was actually amazing. No one else would have given me that money back, not even thought about it, yet you did.

Secondly, gottabekirsty.info, the name? It needs explaining, and thinking about it there are two explanations! I am in love with Nickelback. Like proper love. And I love their song Gotta Be Somebody, so you get it? Gotta Be Kirsty. Haha at first it was a joke, messing around on MSN trying to pick a name, as you do. And then I said iamkirsty.info, but I didn’t like it as much and nor did other people. Gottabekirsty can also been seen as gotta be myself, if that makes sense? Kirsty is myself? Yeah I don’t know, I understand what I am trying to say xP.
So affiliates, you are all there! I bet my old host was hoping i’d lost all my files, shame really, because I back them up everytime I change one thing, meaning I had everything still on my laptop! =D. I would love it if you would change my link please :). Thank you.

I want to do this tag thing from Ben. I never do them normally, so I want to now. 5 facts:

1. I laugh each time I read my new domain URL.
2. OTT FANZ of Twilight have made me hate the books and the unseen film.
3. I hate college and would rather leave, yet I am not allowed.
4. It is Christmas soon and my sister spilled that I have a blue ipod. Anyone want to buy a pink one, very good condition?
5. Some people amaze me so much.

So yeah. I posted something similar on my livejournal but don’t you think how weird it is that this year has flown by? I remember last year perfectly! So well it is unreal. I can’t even remember what I did the day before normally, but I seem to remember things that happened ages ago!
I love how when you look back on past events, you can see who was lying and who was fake can’t you? But when you look at the situation head on, it is hard to spot those people out. It makes you feel stupid, which is has with me, but I am over it.
What is one event you remember clearly from last year?

I’ll blog again soon, it is getting late, and I couldn’t sleep last night for some reason! I’ll try blog tomorrow because I never got chance to blog about driving :P. Look forward to that haha. I also have something else to blog about, but putting it here would make the blog too long! So i’ll write it down and do it tomorrow!
